Mammalian cell cultures

HEK-0 and CHO-0 cell lines are derivatives of Human Embrionic Kidney and Chanise Hamster Ovarian cells, respectively. These cell lines grow on conventional media and do not require addition of serum or its components. HEK-0-GFP and CHO-0-GFP are stable derivatives of HEK-0 and CHO-0 cell lines that produce Green Fluorescent Protein.
