Modifying properties of hosts

Vectors from this group allow modification of host cells that may be used 1) to trigger and enhance production of recombinant proteins (including those that are toxic for host cells), 2) simplify release of proteins from host cells and 3) increase efficiency of homologous DNA recombination in host cells.
