spAG-barnase

Hybrid protein composed of IgG-binding regions of staphylococcal protein A, streptococcal protein G and Barnase. This protein specifically binds immunoglobulins as well as can degrade RNA. Also, it efficiently binds Barstar inhibitor - Barstar or Barstar-containing chimeras.
